If you have any allergies, please note that all kits are packed in a dog friendly, non-smoking environment.

WORKSHOPS

• All workshops are listed for one student only.
• Workshop fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• Workshops are sold as a bundle comprising of the class and workshop materials kit.
• In the event that the bundled class kit is not purchased, class fees will not be refunded and instructions for the project will not be delivered. No replacement classes will be given.

PRICING

All prices are in United States Dollars and do not include shipping charges.

PAYMENT

Payment is strictly by Paypal only.

DELIVERY TIMING

• Orders for physical items are shipped out every Friday. In the event of a public holiday, orders will be shipped out the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped out the following Friday.
• Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery in Singapore and between 10 to 15 business days everywhere else.
• All e-tutorials are immediate automatic downloads.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

• All sales are final.
• Should a refund be mutually agreed upon, a 10% processing fee is deducted.

SHIPPING

• Shipments are tracked but a signature is not required. Should you require a signature, please contact me separately. There will be additional charges for this.
• Shipping for any unclaimed or return to sender shipments will be re-shipped at buyer's cost. There will be no refunds on the purchase price or shipping charges in this case.
• Liability for all lost shipments will be as stipulated by the prevailing rates from Singapore Post. Please click here to view the terms & conditions of registered articles.
• Insurance is optional for orders below USD300 but please be aware that Manek-Manek Beads is not liable for any lost shipments once it has been accepted by Singapore Post. In the event of loss, Manek-Manek Beads will assist in filing all the necessary claims with Singapore Post. Claim amount is based on rates as published with Singapore Post. • Orders of USD300 and above can only be shipped insured. You will be advised of the additional insurance charges before shipment.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International shipping may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country. All duties, taxes and charges for customs clearance in borne by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office for details.
