KITS

Please note that all kits are packed in a dog friendly, non-smoking environment.

All workshops are listed for one student only.
Workshop fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Workshops are sold as a bundle comprising of the class and workshop materials kit.
In the event that the bundled class kit is not purchased, class fees will not be refunded and instructions for the project will not be delivered. No replacement classes will be given.
All workshop kits are shipped through a courier service.

Orders for physical items are shipped out every Friday. In the event of a public holiday, orders will be shipped out the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped out the following Friday.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery in Singapore and between 10 to 15 business days everywhere else.
All e-tutorials are immediate automatic downloads.

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

All orders are shipped through a courier service and start from USD35.
Shipping is not charged at time of order. Once your order is ready to be shipped, a Paypal invoice will be sent to cover shipping charges.
Shipping for any unclaimed or return to sender shipments will be re-shipped at buyer's cost. There will be no refunds on the purchase price or shipping charges in this case.
Liability for all lost shipments will be as stipulated by the prevailing rates from the courier service used.
Insurance is optional for orders below USD300 but please be aware that Manek-Manek Beads is not liable for any lost shipments once it has been accepted by the courier service. In the event of loss, Manek-Manek Beads will assist in filing all the necessary claims with the courier company.
Orders of USD300 and above can only be shipped insured and through a courier service. I will work with you on the additional insurance charges before shipment

All orders below USD300 are shipped through the post office network.
Shipments are tracked but a signature is not required. Should you require a signature, please contact me separately. There will be additional charges for this.
Shipping for any unclaimed or return to sender shipments will be re-shipped at buyer's cost. There will be no refunds on the purchase price or shipping charges in this case.
